Re: Daylight Savings Time

And just to further muddy the waters on the abbreviation 
for the daylight savings time, I notice that the Bureau of 
Meteorology uses "ACDT" in its observations page:

Any comment from the bureau boffins on this?  (And is 
Linux powering our weather?)
