System.map question

I have rebuilt my kernel and now I get this warning all over the place
!!
How can I fix it ?

[ben@btk ben]$ ps
Warning: /boot/System.map has an incorrect kernel version.
  PID TTY          TIME CMD
  679 pts/0    00:00:00 bash
  852 pts/0    00:00:00 ps
