All PCtel internal PCI modems are winmodems. So that's one off the list.
Not sure about the Motorola.

Can I suggest to anyone considering an internal modem, get an ISA one.
They are guarrenteed not to be a winmodem. Why? The isa bus can handle
56kbp very easily but can't handle the faster speeds required to do the
work of a winmodem.
