It's the Blue Screen of Death screensaver in the xscreensaver package,
also bundled as part of KDE.

The funniest part of it is also perhaps the most subtle.  The address
it displays for the "exception" that triggered the BSoD is FOAD:42494C4C.
FOAD means "Fuck Off And Die", 42494C4C is ASCII for "BILL".

There you go, I've gone and ruined the subtlety:  Now everyone reading
can pretend to be RealGeeks(tm) by understanding the secret message
in xscreensaver :-)
