Re: Remote Control Software (Linux X Windows, Mac, Win32, OS/2, Win CE)

Has anyone used VNC?
What is it performance like? Especially low bandwidth, (modem), links.
On what platforms have people used it?
Is it secure?
Does it encrypt its data packets?
Is anyone running a Java remote control application?
How does it relate to Tivoli, NetFinity, RSM etc. (Who cares about PC
Anywhere:- its Windoze only).

Apparently, AT&T Lab's, but who's counting...

It's for Linux, of course; even Windows CE
(only DOS seems to have been forgotten)

Thanks for the tip...
