<shrug>  I'd hope it's fairly well understood that there will
usually be at least one person reading a request for help who 
might be inclined to assist by remote-logging in to the box in
question to examine its configuration (although for security reasons
it's probably good to keep usernames, etc off mailing lists :-). 
I've assisted a couple of people like this before, anyway.
