Well, I'm sure it's an urgent problem somehow for you...
However, could you take a little more time to phrase your email in the
future? We all might find it easier to understand exactly what the
problem is. And if you're about to say 'xxxxx doesn't work.' then I'll
tell you the replies you're going to get, if any.
Saying "it doesn't work" doesn't help us help you! We're not telepatic,
we can't read your computer configuration remotely. If something doesn't
work, you'd need to give lots of _relevant_ information.
