Exchange Server

Hey All,

At uni, they have the mail system set up with an Exchange Server and Outlook
and when someone sends you an email, it comes up straight away without you
having to check your mail. Is there a way to do that under Linux, besides
getting your POP program to check for mail every minute or so?
