RE: How to create a basic Redhat system

You can download the RedHat .img (image) files from the RedHat/images
directory on the redhat site - you'll need the ones specific to network
booting - I believe it's called bootnet.img or something similar.  Then just
use rawrite.exe for dos, or dd (I think) in linux, to create your bootdisk.
The rest should be easy.
