Now, if a construction contractor (e.g. hired to do work
on one of several shop-fronts, for instance) managed
to damage an adjacent shop-front, there would be a
law suit and - ultimately - compensation for damages
paid to the injured party...
Has anybody thought to take MS to court if/when it can
be shown that one of its products damages an adjacent
partition?
(Remember the GDB/Toshiba negotiation & get yours)
