RF is fine - as long (as Kevin said) as you dont advertise/use etc what you
hear... telephone conversations are covered by a separate act of parliament
and there are no exceptions... even the Police  etc are not immune to the law
regarding the interception of phone calls & have to get
"legal dispensation" before they can do so - otherwise it cannot be used as
evidence  & also renders them liable to prosecution..
