You HAVEN'T installed the qt-devel libraries. Simple. Go to the linuxsa
home page, go to their links and find yourself a file which looks like

  qt-1.44 blah . tar . gz

  or 

  qt-1.44 blah . rpm (if you have RedHat)

And install them...they're around the 2.5 meg mark. OK?
