This is absolutely true -- But I'd strongly suggest avoiding email;
Go for direct telephone contact.  MPs have been filtering their email
regarding the censorship issue for a few weeks now;  Even if they're
not filtering it, they won't read it, one of their staffers will.

The URL above also has "Parliament Contact" phone and fax numbers.
Use 'em both.
