Is that the scheme for complaints for users to complain about their ISP?
If it is, then you might like to know this.  We had a complaint put in
against my employer
That the bill was incorrect.  We received a couple of calls from the TIO
regarding the
matter and sent them numerous pages of information for them to consider it.
We haven't
heard from them since, except about 1-2 months down the track we received a
bill from
them for the services that they provided.  I was pretty spun out!!!
