I wonder if their poll is genuine.  If you look at "previous vote results",
the question is nowhere to be seen.  The closest question is:

  Are restrictions on access to internet pornography urgently needed?
  Yes: 42% 
  No: 58%

Strange that they won't commit themselves to number of answers for so
many of the questions...
