Online services bill is now on the web (was: the new net legislation)

The bill was amended before being voted upon, so make
sure your version reads "as read a third time" on
the cover.

The Australian Parliament House staff have done their
usual fine job and the bill is available in Adobe .PDF
and Microsoft .DOC formats -- both of which are propietary
but documented.
