Yup, you won't even know if a legitamate site is being blocked.  One they
blacklist it it's gone.

Here's an idea:

Let's make an Word Macro that we can attach to Emails that lists pornographic
sites and make it so it's self replicating.  Better still, let's make it only
take down Microsloth servers if they can't handle the load.

Even more amusingly I think you'll find that government servers are the most
vunerable =).
