Introductory (aka newbie) HOWTO - Take 2

Hi All,
	I have now updated the Introductory howto. I've taken all the
suggestions I got and merged them together.

I wish to thank all who replied for thier comments & suggestions.
I also have plans for version 3 so keep the suggestions coming in :).

I'll refrain from sending the HOWTO to the list this time.
