gimp 1.1

has anyone got gimp 1.1 working yet?
ive just got the cvs ver, and found ou ti need gtk-perl 0.3 or higher. i
d/l'd 0.3, and did 'perl makefile.pl', then make.

however, heaps of messages come up about 'PL_na' being undefined. wtf is
PL_na? i grepped through all of /usr/lib/perl5, and found 4 references,
all in Gtk.so & Gimp.so (older versions...)
