Eterm/Enlightenment

Howdy people

I running enlightenment and I am trying to 
install pics for Eterm, the process seems to
be okay until.....an error message (ie when
I run make install)

the error is:

'pixmaps.list' and /usr/local/lib/Eterm/pix/'pixmaps.list'
are the same file 
make:***[install] Error 1


Can anyone help me here install Eterm background pics

Also if anyone knows how to get different coloured
fonts within Eterm (ie) one dirs one for files etc etc
