I burn at 4x with a crappy adaptec 1510 isa scsi card with no DMA from an ide drive and its fine.. burning from a high RPM IDE I
can't kill it if I try, and off my older, slower 2 gig (still udma though) it can be killed with full on HDD thrashing, but it's
pretty reliable.. Still SCSI is always (well usually?) better anyway, but the IDE can do it fine.
