Linux in Moscow
> PPS. Why is Linus Torvalds _really_ going to Moscow?

Look at the date of the posting on the news site...
http://www.computerra.ru/news/1999/04/01/1.html
The first of April... (Although note that it was posted on Slashdot on
the 31st. I personally am not going to hold my breath waiting for confirmation,
let's just wait and see if the mainstream press goes ape on a slashdot rumour :).
As it turns out Linus isn't working on Linux directly at Transmeta. His
thesis IIRC was on Memory Management Units, so he might be working there.
So even if it is true, I don't think he will stop playing with Linux :).
BTW did people see the full page add on the 'Dynamouse' by Compaq in
the Advertiser? Make sure you read the fine print :)
Regards,
Matt
