Hi ppl,

Josh Cole solved this problem for me.  Just add this line to your ftpaccess:

  guestgroup [username]

And then copy the contents of /home/ftp to ~[username] to give them the bits
and pieces they need.

I knew it should be easy, but that's even better than I thought =).
