Re: ppp dialers
Hi, I had a look at mrtg, and it looks great. I got the rpms from
contrib.redhat.com. I havn't got it working yet, but I havn't had much time
to stuff around with the settings.
Anyway, while the graps are useful, what i ment in my first e-mail was some
way to have a way of knowing the total megabytes downloaded from a certain
date. For example, the total amount downloaded from the 1st of April to the
1st of May (i'm billed for the total amount of megabytes I download in 1
month). Sorry if I didn't make it clear in the first e-mail, and I hope this
makes more sence. ifconfig says the total number of packets sent and
received, btu I don't know how to get the amount of bytes, k bytes, etc.
Thanks again for telling me about mrtg,
Andy
