Re: Compiling Problem

This isn't the problem. The program compiles and runs fine under Windows
Borland Turboo C++ and it also compiles and runs fun on my account on the
same System V system. That is what has me stumpted. It works on my account
but not his. Surely the program should compile on all accounts on the same
machine? As far as I know, he didn't change any of his environment
variables. He just ftped the program to the Unix system, then telnetted in,
and tried to compile it using:

gcc cs1p05.c

As far as I know, that's all he did.
