Permissions

Hi All,
I've been copying stuff from a partition on one hd to another partition
on another hd.
And I need to change the permission of a directory from:
	drwxr-xr-x   8 root     root         1024 Mar 30 12:53 .
to
	drwxrwxrwt   7 root     root         3072 Mar 27 16:53 .

I know how to do the usual bits but just how to I get the 't' bit
changed?
