Antivirus

Hi there,

Is there any antivirus for linux ?

The reason is that...my company is using linux for e-mail access thru our
ISP and also for Internal E-mails. So,we want to setup an antivirus software
on the linux box, so when ever if there is a virus, it will kill the virus
before entering to our network.

Currently, the latest virus is MELISA it comes as an macro virus on Word
documents. So how do I control on the e-mails...from spreading the virus
over our network
