If you put "biff" in the .cshrc file, then when you do
an "rcp" from another machine, rcp is not able to cope,
because the "biff" command doesn't know what machine is
coming in -- something to do with environment variables maybe.

Probably the lack of a tty, I think.

PS.  Someone should document this somewhere.
But how do you get to modify the linux documentation for
such things as "rcp" and "biff"?
Who "owns" the manuals?
