1.
Sourcing New computer for work.
Is there a difference between "Ultra ATA" and "UDMA"(=Ultra DMA?) Hard
drives?
Is "IDE" an older type now? I still see it used for CDRomDrives I think.
Typically I see "8.4Gb Ultra ATA HDD" or "UDMA"
Also, considering getting a Western Digital or IBM hard drive for greater
reliability. Any thoughts?

2.
For work again.
Looking for PC based telephone call monitoring system/software.
Typically it would record time&date, call duration, number called.
I've heard somewhere of a system designed for home use. Would like to Set
it up on the inside or outside of our PABX system which has 3 lines, plus a
seperate fax/data line.
Any details would be appreciated.

Regards,
Peter :)
