CODA freely availlable

Hi.

The CODA distributed filesystem is now freely availlable under the GPL.

It is a distributted filesystem with support for disconnected operation
(for mobile computing, client caching management, replication, network
bandwith adaptation, ...)

It was made up based on AFS.
