I find ozemail are pretty good.  Price recently went down to $35 per month for semi-unlimited access.  Its 56k, damn fast
(4.8k/s to sometimes 5.2k/s with compressed data)  You get disconnected every 6 hours, however immediate redialing is allowed.
Never had an engaged signal, and it's only been down 2ce for an hour or two in about the last six months.  Only prob is they now
have a limit of 150 hours per month (damn it).  Still if you need more you could always get 2 accounts :)
