Compiling the Kernel
Hey all,
I have a 486dx2-80 with 16 meg of ram, and compiling new kernels is a
BITCH.. it takes AGES... Is it possible to compile it on my k6-300 with
cygwin or something of that nature? I dont really want to run linux on this
machine, cos im doing some important windows shit. Any other alternatives
for compiliing a kernel on a *SLOW* box?
Thanks in advance,
Philip Duldig
