Still going on about that modem

Heyas All,

Still having fun with the modems that seem to be slowing down and only
sending the data every 8 or so seconds. I'm just wondering, if it is a
retraining problem, does anyone know of a command that will put the modem
into command mode, get it to retrain, and then put it back into data mode?
If there is, I just thought I could run it as a cron script or something..
