IP-Masquerade

I've had a look at the Linux IP Masquerade mini HOWTO, but want to go
and have a look at the Web Site....

Currently, it is telling me that "The remote site or server may be
down.  Please try again soon."

What I really want is a mirror...

Anyone know of a mirror URL?
