AFAIK you can't... because you connect by IP, not hostname, so apache
wouldn't have any idea how to respond.

ie, it's going "What IP should I listen to for this host?", realising it's
the same one as the previous entry, and then eating flaming death, so to
speak.

Take this with a pinch of salt: I'm not entirely too clear on HTTP
protocol.
