Music Stores (like John Reynolds Music - if they still exist - I got
my cable a few years ago now) are more likely to have these than
Computer Stores and from my experience with electronic music they seem
to be reasonably priced, but again, it depends on what the benchmark
is.

Would you be able to figure out the pin assignments from an existing
cable?  May be able to help you if you can, 'cause I've got one (both
