formatting and partitioning

 i wrote to the list some time ago, requiring advice in
repartitioning my hdd...
so thanks to installing netscape 4, i lost my mail msgs (
thanks windoze)
now, the story currently runs as:
i have a 1.2 gig hdd, currently 500 each linux and windows,
and 200 swap...
i wish to delete my linux oartition, and reformat that to
300 with a 100 swap, and allow some extra space for
windows..and no, i cant afford a new hdd:(
advice??????
