Hi Michael,
Can't you just ask them to bcc you all their outgoing mail? Or if
it's not a human user, change the software to bcc it to you? Why are
you wanting to do this?
It isn't really something that sendmail was designed to do. It would
be possible though with a bit of hacking. If you want to do it
yourself, _the_ reference book to get is called "sendmail" (what
else?) by Bryan Costales and Eric Allman, and it's published by
O'Reilly and Associates (who else? :). If you get it, make sure you
get the 2nd Edition (published Jan 1997).
Also bear in mind that emails originating from "user@tne.net.au" don't
necessarily pass through your sendmail host.
