wishstep

Hi.

I'm having some problems getting 'ascp' to run on my rh 4.1 box
(ascp is a graphical configuration utility for afterstep)

Anyway, when the command 'ascp' is entered on a xterm, I get a message 
saying:

wishstep: can't load library 'libtkstep4.1.so'

Well, it is there, in /usr/local/lib and I have edited my /etc/ld.so to 
include that directory. 

Assuming this is a 'wishstep' problem, where do I find documentation on 
fixing it?
