That's the theory. However sometimes the documents aren't updated
till many revisions after changes appear in the kernel.
The kernel documents in that directory vary are typically three to
six months old. This could be interpreted as meaning the Linux kernel
is stable (development wise :), or that the kernel docos are a bit
behind.
