I dont know if this has been mentioned before, but for those of
you wanting kernel info, there is some documentation in

/usr/src/linux/Documentation/

(if you have RedHat 4.1) that may be helpful.

Note also that this documentation would be the most recent (and
therefore accurate) for the kernel.
