[SAIA[ Professional Education Seminar - Cisco Systems

After the successfull seminar presentation by Livingston on the 19th of
July, Cisco Systems have accepted an invitation to conduct a similar
presentation.

The proposed date will be Thursday 14 Aug 1997 between 1pm and 4 pm.
The subject will be the Cisco range of Access Servers (AS5200) and an
introduction/tutorial on BGP including chosing a suitable BGP router.

For more information on Cisco PRI Access solutions please see :

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/728/AS5200/c5200_pa.htm

BGP or Border Gateway Protocol is the protocol that ISPs ussually use to
distribute routing information at Internet Exchanges. Any ISP planning to
participant in any of the exchanges that seem to be available today will
need a good knowledge of BGP.

Please RSVP to me (steve@senet.com.au) by 1 Aug 1997 by email or fax.
The location will be announced prior to the date after we have firmer idea
of numbers.

Please diseminate widely to any other people who may want to take part in
the seminar, the cost is free and is jointly brought to you by the South
Australian Internet Association and Cisco.

PS: if you want to be added to a mailing list for this type of
propoganda please let me know and I will get one going !
